Prices

The cottage is fully furnished and equipped for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Electricity by �1 coin meter. Linen is included (see booking conditions). Lettings are from 4 pm Saturday to 10 am Saturday and the rents for 2011 are:

21 April – 5 May £359 per week
5 May – 2 June £399 per week
2 June – 9 June £619 per week
9 June – 30 June £549 per week
30 June – 21 July £659 per week
21 July – 25 August £799 per week
25 August – 1 September £749 per week
1 September – 15 September £549 per week
15 September – 22 September £419 per week
22 Septmeber – 28 October £399 per week

Out of season weekends (up to 3 nights) or half weeks (up to 4 weekdays) are 75% of rent
THERE IS A £30 DISCOUNT FOR SECOND OR SUBSEQUENT WEEKS
The cottage is also available for longer winter lets from October to March
